The Clerk reserves there right to withhold any correspondence from the agenda, any item that may be considered inappropriate or offensive in nature.

DELEGATION TO COUNCIL

How do I register to speak at a Council or Committee meeting?

A “delegation” means a person or group of persons who address Council or a Committee for the purpose of making a presentation.

Any person wishing to appear before Council or a Committee on municipal business shall notify the Clerk in writing no later than noon on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Complete and submit the COUNCIL DELEGATION REQUEST FORM. The Clerk or Recording Secretary will confirm the appointment date, time and location of the meeting.

PRIVACY NOTICE
