Emergency Management

Emergency Management
"To become a disaster-resilient community."
To reach this goal, it is the objective and responsibility of the County and Member Municipalities of Perth Emergency Management Program Committees to develop, implement and maintain an effective emergency management program. These comprehensive programs include plans to identify and prevent hazards, prepare for, response to, and recover from an emergency.
An emergency or disaster can happen at anytime and occur anywhere. From snow storms to power outages, road closures and the unavailability of supplies, the County and Member Municipalities of Perth are prepared to manage an emergency.
