The County of Perth and its member municipalities have been working collaboratively to simultaneously develop distinct corporate strategic plans that respect and reflect the unique qualities and services of each municipality and the County. This five year Corporate Strategic Plan offers a vision and strategic actions that serve to enhance the community and long-term prosperity. Input from local residents, community businesses and local stakeholders, combined with that of staff and Council has served to inform the needs, values and aspirations of community members.
The Draft Corporate Strategic Plan is available for public review and input during the period of June 27 to July 11th, 2012. It is accessible via the County website or in paper copy at the County office. Feedback must be received no later than 5 p.m July 11, after which time it will be shared with the consulting firm of Millier Dickinson Blais, who has been hired to support this process.
The final draft of the Strategic Plan will be presented to Council by the Chief Administrative Officer at the August 16th, 2012 regular meeting.
