An application has been received for a surplus farm residence severance. The proposed severance would create a 1.03 ha (2.54 acre) non-farm residential lot with a house, shed and barn, and a 39.6 ha (97.6 acre) retained farm parcel with agricultural land, a woodlot and no buildings. 

Notice period expires on January 31, 2022
