The subject application proposes to sever lands with a total lot area of 4,408 m² for residential purposes and retain lands with a total lot area of 8,607 m². The retained lands currently contain a church.  No development is being proposed for the retained lands at this time. The development of a detached residential dwelling with private servicing is being proposed for the severed lands.
