Notice of Application for Consent B63/20 Hasta Farms, Lot 10 and Part of Lot 9, Concession 3, Elma Ward, Municipality of North Perth (6308 Line 81).

Purpose:

To create a new lot for farm-related commercial industrial use by severing a 6.40 hectare (15.80 acre) agricultural parcel containing a farm-related commercial industrial use (grain elevators), accessory structures and a singled-detached dwelling with an attached garage while retaining approximately 54.20 hectares (133.94 acres) of farmland containing a watercourse (municipal drain).
