Notice of Public Meeting - OPA 199 - Bell Sands Farms c/o Joe and Cathie Bell - Part Lot 25, Concession 3&4, North Easthope Ward, Township of Perth East

County of Perth Official Plan Amendment #199 proposes to re-designate 42.2 hectares (104.3 acres) of the subject lands from the “Agriculture Designation” to the “Mineral Aggregate Resources Designation” to permit aggregate extraction.  A site-specific policy is also proposed to be added to Section 10.5.14 of the Official Plan to recognize the existing dwelling and farm related structures on the lot.
