An application has been received to create a new lot for non-farm residential purposes by severing a 1.44 hectare (3.56 acre) agricultural parcel containing a surplus farm dwelling with a swimming pool and a buried propane tank while retaining 14.87 hectares (36.74 acres) consisting of farmland and a watercourse (municipal drain).
