NOTICE: Canada Post Strike and Postal Disruption Impacts on Provincial Offences Court Services

Due to the ongoing strike and postal service disruption at Canada Post, mail from Perth County’s Provincial Offences Court Services Division will be impacted. Please note that Fine payments are still be accepted through the following methods:

1. ONLINE - by Visa or MasterCard at Paytickets.ca
   Online payments take 3 business days to process and fines are not marked as paid until payment has been received at the Provincial Offences office.  A non-refundable convenience fee of $3.00 applies to each payment made through Paytickets.

2. PHONE - (519)271-0531 x 249 Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Staff can process your payment by Visa, MasterCard or Visa Debit. Payment will be applied to your case immediately and you will get a receipt by e-mail.

3. IN-PERSON - In Person at any Provincial Offences Court Office in the Province of Ontario. Payments can be made by Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Bank Draft. Cheques will only be accepted for payment for cases in the home court.  Find your local Municipal Provincial Offences Court office.
