County of Perth Official Plan Amendment #211 proposes to amend the Perth County Official Plan from Mineral Aggregate Resources to Agriculture to permit the construction of a single detached residence. The subject lands are 1.75 ha (4.3 ac) in area and front Perth Road 163 south of Fullarton, in the Fullarton Ward of West Perth. The subject lands are designated Mineral Aggregate Resource (Primary or Secondary Aggregate Resource) and Floodplain in the Perth County Official Plan. The Floodplain designation shall remain unchanged.
