An application has been received for a surplus farm residence severance. The proposed severed lot will have an area of 0.49 ha (1.2 ac) and contains a house, septic, & well. The severed parcel will have a frontage of 44.5 metres on Perth Line 44. The retained lot will have a lot area of 41.3 ha (102 ac) and will have a frontage of 363.5 metres on Perth Line 44. The retained agricultural parcel will be used for cropland.
