PC Connect offers 5 routes with scheduled stops throughout Perth County, Stratford, St. Marys, London, and Kitchener/Waterloo. PC Connect will operate Monday-Saturday, excluding all statutory holidays.
Route A (Perth County North): Stratford, Gads Hill, Brunner, Milverton, Newton, Millbank, Listowel, Atwood, Monkton, Mitchell, Stratford.
Route B (Perth County South): Stratford, St.Pauls, St.Marys, Kirkton, Mitchell, Sebringville, Stratford.
Route 1 (K/W to Listowel): Waterloo, St. Jacobs, Elmira, Listowel.
Route 2 (K/W to St.Marys): Waterloo, New Hamburg, Stratford, St. Marys.
Route 3 (London to Stratford): London, St. Marys, Stratford.

COVID-19 Precautions & Updates
The PC Connect service will continue to operate during the Provincial COVID-19 Lockdown for essential travel only.
As per the recommendations from the Huron Perth Public Health unit, the following COVID-19 precautions have been put into place:
50% Capacity Reduction
At this time, every other seat has been blocked off in order to ensure proper physical distancing. Please be sure to book your ride in advance in order to secure your seat.
Mandatory Face Coverings
All riders are required to wear a proper face covering, that covers the nose, mouth and chin without gaping. Please note that face shields are not an effective face covering.
Cleaning Procedures
PC Connect ensures thorough sanitization and cleaning procedures on a daily basis, with focus on all high-touch surfaces throughout the bus. Riders are encouraged to leverage the hand sanitizer provided when entering and exiting the bus.

Accessibility Information
All PC Connect buses are fully accessible, with high floor ramp access for multiple wheelchairs.
Bus Stops
In cases where a bus stop is temporarily inaccessible, riders will be able to board or exit the bus at the nearest accessible and safe location. The operator will consider the preference of riders, however the final determination of a safe location will be determined by the Operator.
Priority Seating
Designated accessible seating is available on every PC Connect bus. Priority seating is for the use of passengers with a disability, and is the designated securement location for persons using a wheelchair or other mobility device.
Customers who do not have a disability are expected to respect the intended purpose of Priority seating, which means they shall vacate the seat for a person with a disability, or at the request of the bus operator.
Priority seating is on a first come-first served basis.
A person with a disability occupying a Priority seat is NOT required to move for another customer with a disability.
Bus operators will provide assistance by asking customers sitting in the Priority seating to move to another seat. In the event the customer occupying the seat chooses not to move, the bus operator will NOT enforce the requirement.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome on PC Connect buses given they are working in aid of the person making the trip. Service animals on buses must remain in the care and control of the owner at all times.
Support Persons
Support Persons accompanying a rider with a disability are permitted to ride PC Connect free of cost.
Inclement Weather Policy
Due to safety concerns, PC Connect will not operate if the weather and/or road conditions are deemed unsafe for vehicles to operate.
In the case of inclement weather, riders are encouraged to call 1-888-465-0783 to confirm whether the service is operating. In the case of service cancellation, all riders who have pre-booked their ride will receive a phone call letting them know the service has been cancelled.
Service cancellations and delays will be posted on Perth County's Facebook and Twitter pages as soon as possible, however in order to receive the most up to date information, please call 1-888-465-0783.
No. Exact fare is required. Place cash in the fare box when you get on the bus.
Does PC Connect operate on Holidays and Sundays?
No. PC Connect service runs Monday through Saturday. Please see the website for schedule details. There is no transit service on Sundays, statutory holidays, or civic holidays.
PC Connect will NOT be operating on December 25 or 26, 2020 however will resume regular operations on Monday, December 28, 2020.
Are pets allowed on board?
Service animals are permitted. Pets that are not service animals can be brought on board the bus if they are in a pet carrier.
Can minors ride the bus without an adult present?
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult to ride the bus, or must provide the driver with a signed note from a parent or guardian permitting them to ride the bus without an adult.
Is there a monthly pass option?
Not at this time. PC Connect is working to provide a monthly pass option for riders.
Can I book a ticket online?
No. PC Connect is working to develop a ticket booking application with our service provider. More information will be released as it becomes available. For now, rides must be booked over the phone by calling 1-888-465-0783. A booking confirmation with trip details will be emailed to you.

Voyago is the contracted service provider for PC Connect.

Does service still operate in inclement weather?

How is the service being funded?
Perth County Connect Routes A and B are funded by a $1.45 million grant to the County of Perth from the Government of Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Community Transportation Program.
Perth County Connect Routes 1, 2, and 3 are funded by a $1.45 million grant to the City of Stratford from the Government of Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Community Transportation Program. Additional funding is being provided through an equal partnership between the City of Stratford, Town of St. Marys, and the Municipality of North Perth.
