All your medical information is documented and kept up to date in the case of an emergency and is quickly accessible for paramedics.
How does it work?
Access to a person's health history and medical information is critical and can potentially save precious time at the scene of an emergency. Sometimes it is difficult to find this critical information and emergency professionals may have to search all over looking for it.
The Cool-Aid program is free of charge to anyone. Complete the form with all your medical information and keep it up to date, including prescription and non-prescription medication.
The form is to be placed on the front of your refrigerator (magnet attached) where the paramedics can see and access easily.
