Securing Your Seat

Download the Blaise Transit App, visit ride.blaisetransit.com OR call 1-888-465-0783 to book your trip. If you pre-book your ride, your seat will be guaranteed! Pre-booking your ride on PC Connect is not mandatory, just strongly recommended. You are welcome to simply show up at any PC Connect bus stop.

Arriving at the Bus Stop

To avoid missing your bus, we recommend that you arrive at your bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. If you pre-booked your ride through the app, it will tell you exactly when to leave and provide directions to the bus stop from your current location. Bus stops are marked with a PC Connect sign that includes our website and toll-free phone number in case you have any questions.

Boarding the Bus

The route name is displayed in the bus window next to the doors; double check this information to make sure you're getting on the right bus. Let the operator know if you need assistance getting onboard, or require the bus to be lowered or its ramp to be deployed.

Paying Your Fare

Download the 'Blaise Transit' app to pay for your fare using credit or debit. If you have chosen to pay by card, show the bus driver your 'secret code' on the app or simply provide your name when boarding the bus. If you didn't pre-book and pay through the app, make sure you have your fare ready. When you get on the bus, place the exact change for your fare in the fare box. Exact change is required; the operator does not carry change.

Fare prices below reflect a one-way trip.

Exiting the Bus

When boarding the bus, let the operator know where you would like to get off. The operator will announce and stop at every upcoming bus stop location. When the bus has reached your destination, make sure you have all of your belongings with you and safely exit the bus. The operator will assist you if needed.

Enjoy your ride with PC Connect
