Changes to the provision of Provincial Offences Act court transcripts

County of Perth Court Services has adopted a new model for the provision of transcripts for Provincial Offences Act court proceedings to make the process quicker and easier limiting delays and improving customer service.

Under the new model, those requiring transcripts will review the list of Vendors of Certified Court Transcription Services (found below) and select a vendor which meets the ordering party's criteria for the transcription order. The ordering party will download the Court Transcript Order Form (also found below) and contact the selected vendor to discuss delivery details, cost and payment of transcription and delivery.
